Each unit has a private entrance, BBQ facilities, and a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, 2 or 4 plate induction stove, and electric kettle. Rooms include a TV with 80 channels, uncapped Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and a private bathroom. Most guests found the units clean and well-equipped, though some noted the TV is awkwardly placed for viewing from the bed.

Suidersee is across the road from the Seefront Shopping Center, which has restaurants, shops, and a waterpark. The ATKV beachfront walkway (Wandelroete) is a 100-meter walk away.
